From what I can tell from the picture, the guy with the slicked back hair is some kind of evil genius who has discovered a way to convert hot Japanese school girl’s belly buttons into a power source which he intends to use in a diabolical manner. You can tell that by how he’s rubbing his hands together. As for the guy in the yellow suit, that’s the evil genius’ man servant, possibly named Igor or Yoshi. The evil genius makes him where that getup because the genius secretly has a fetish for men in yellow fuzzy costumes who look like mutant chickens with long cat-like tails. This picture was taken mere moments before the evil genius’ plan was put into action. Look at the intensity in his eyes. Something bad is about to go down.
