Difference Between A Friend And A Best Friend

I know this picture represents that famous saying “A friend will help you move, but a best friend will help you move a body” … but when I first saw it I thought it meant a best friend will pick you up when you’re passed out drunk. I guess in the end a best friend will do that too.
