It’s my opinion that the vast majority of people think rednecks are stupid inbred hicks who are mostly named Cletus that spend their days too drunk to fish and their nights eating road kill possum they scrapped off the highway on the way back home from the fishing hole. But really I don’t think rednecks are giving enough credit for being innovators because of all the stereotypes. Look at their window tint for example. They use what nature provides for free to achieve the same effect of what someone would pay good money for. That’s smart to me. Then again maybe it’s just dumb luck and they should just wash their car and quit having sex with their cousin.

ha ha ha…very funny!! Do you actually know what a true redneck is? I always thought I was one because I live in Oklahoma.
The term Rednaeck is actually something everyone should be very proud of. It all started many moons ago with col miners. I can’t remember which state now…either Kentucky or West Virginia, but, they got very sick and tired of their horrible living and working conditions.
And one minor in particular started to organize against a group. That’s right even before Hoffa he was forming a union. He was tired of the working for nothing and the highly dangerous working conditions that all miners lived with while the mine owners them selves sat back and got very rich.
Well to sun this up. Every person that joined in on this movement wore a red handkerchief around their necks to show their support. Thus the term Redneck was born.
