Does This Sign Mean Urinate In Case Of Fire?

I looked at this picture of a sign and thought to myself there must be some logical explanation to it.  Of course it would help if I could read what it says.  I’m sure that would explain it all, but what fun would that be?  It doesn’t appear to be photoshopped.  It seems legitimate.  Looking at it though, it appears to me that guy is standing there urinating on a fire.  I don’t know how else to interpret the image.  I see a body, two legs, a head, and a stream of urine.  I could totally be off base here, but isn’t that what it looks like?

I don’t know if urination is an acceptable way to extinguish a fire in a warehouse or an industrial area where a sign like this might be located. If it was a small fire it would probably do the trick.  It’s better to do something, even if that something is urinating, than do nothing.  Campers have been doing it for years.  So if it’s good enough for them then it’s good enough for the rest of us.

I think if you saved the business from burning down that would be a good thing no matter how you did it … and employee of the month honours would surely follow.  That’s always special.  During the acceptance speech something could be said like, I just want to thank my penis and that can of Dr. Pepper I drank during lunch.  Without either one of those, I couldn’t have done what I did.  I’m no hero.  I’m just a guy that had to go pee really bad and used that to my advantage.  Thank you very much.
