Of course I don’t speak that language, but I can only assume from the position of that figure, he’s trying to take a poop … but it’s clearly stated from that red circle with a line through it that pooping is prohibited. I wonder if someone got arrested for pooping, the arresting officer would have to gather up the evidence? Better bring a baggy.
