Apparently the people at Breyers thought an effective way to market their Creamsicles was to take a picture of two young girls bending over in leotards with the word lickable in big bold orange letters next to them. It makes me wonder who this was intended to appeal to. They could have at least made the Creamsicles more prominent in the shot. I have to give this ad one big WTF.
Is This The Best Way To Sell Breyers Creamsicles?

I’m going to have to give this ad a great big WTF! I can only guess who this is intended to appeal to, I don’t even think its sending an appropriate message either. They should have made the product more prominent in the shot.

Uh I am not a prude or anything, but I find this offensive, and Breyers should really rethink their marketing tactics.

I don’t think I’m a prude either but…this is offensive…I can’t imagine anyone working for a company such as Breyer’s thinking this add is funny…making the Creamsicles more prominent isn’t enough to make this acceptable!!!!!!!! They need to rethink the complete picture!

Hey there. Who the hell OK’d this project? I mean, the guy must have been a pedophile. Why on Earth would some ask young ones to pose in that manner and then have the word “Lickable” in big lettering right next to them… Wrong on so many levels.

If it was Breyers, it is a piece of corporate paedophilia. If it is a hoax, Breyers needs to be dealing with it quick smart. Research says that this ad has been circulating since 2005 so I’m now on a mission to discover what Breyers did to distance themselves and assure the world that they are not corporate paedophiles.

Yep, WTF totally applies here. That is just not right even if you are trying to sell Creamsicles to pedophiles!
