You know those dog shock collars that give a dog a shock when they bark and thus are supposed to stop them from barking? Well watch what happens when some guy straps on one of those shock collars and starts to bark. It’s pretty funny … although this must really suck for a dog.

That guy is nuts. Had me laughin’ so hard I think I strained a stomach muscle. I bet he’s the same guy that signs up for those experimental drug treatments too. If he can handle that collar he can surely make it through a couple doses of untested ED medicine.
