I guess shoplifters can’t use the excuse “But officer, I didn’t see a sign that said I had to pay” anymore, now that this savvy merchant posted his policy clearly. However, I have seen some criminals on COPS that would actually use that excuse, so maybe it’s a good idea after all….”I know you found it in my pocket, but it’s not mine, really”…LoL
