It seems to me that the population of Earth it getting stupider and stupider … because how else can you explain to me why someone would tattoo a bald headed Britney Spears on themselves … and just being a dedicated Britney Spears fan isn’t a good enough reason to explain this. Although I might except a crazed obsessed moron who has a fetish for mentally unstable women who shave their head for attention because no one cares about their failing music career. I will say one thing for the tattoo … the person who inked it perfectly captured the essence of Britney’s insanity … the rage of a woman totally gone off the deep end.

Hey man, I’m the artist that tattooed this piece! It’s a classic that gets lots of recognition. The story behind the guy that got it is pretty simple actually. He’s a great dude, and he likes funny tattoos. He says “I can’t ever get mad, because I look down and I start laughing”. He also has a cracked out Amy Winehouse tattoo next to Britney now with a public service message of “Don’t do drugs” between them.
