Welcome back to Top 5 Friday! Glad you could join me. Steven here with my top 5 video clips to finish off your week … and to get the your weekend started right with. It was a tough choice for #1, but I think I best prevailed. So here we go.

#1. The Dumbest Cop Ever

I was going to put the kid selling beer on the street as my #1 choice this week, but I couldn’t resist this funny news report from Q13 news in Seattle about how a police officer confiscated marijuana from a suspect and then took it home baked it into brownies. The reporters can’t even keep from laughing. The 911 call is a riot.
